As mentioned in the BUYING section, you (the buyer) will do the majority of the listing searches and be attending open houses. For homes with a final sale price of $150,000 or higher , the minimum rebate offered is 1% of the sale price. The homes listed on "ZEUKS FEATURED" have been hand picked and have a potential for a higher rebate. The rebate percentage will vary from home to home and can be found on the listing detail section. Note that the minimum fee of a Zeuks appointed agent is $3000 per transaction.
